In this challenging role, you and your colleagues are responsible for indulging our guests. You motivate the F&B team to make sure every guest leaves the restaurant with a smile.

Restaurant Sophia is the heart of the Carlton Ambassador Hotel. Not only for hotel guests, but also for local guests: this is a hotspot. Culinary dining, fine wines and great cocktails: Sophia is the place to be!

Additionally, you also take care of our guests in the meeting venues. From festive lunches to international receptions and business meetings: you know what it takes to elevate meetings according to our high F&B standards.
